Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed only after receiving the advance payment.
  • Once an order is placed, you must call our customer care to confirm and update us about the advance payment.
  • Our customer care executives are available to assist you in placing your order for the best service.

Delivery Time & Details:

  • Delivery time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • We ensure timely delivery to maintain the freshness and quality of the food.
  • Delivery charges may apply depending on the location.

No Return & No Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order is placed.
  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled for free only if done more than 2 days before the scheduled delivery date. The advance payment will be refunded.
  • If an order is canceled within 2 days of the scheduled delivery, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Advance Payment Policy:

  • Orders will be confirmed only upon receiving the advance payment.
  • Customers must call and update us about the advance payment after placing an order.
