  • Orders will be confirmed and processed only after full advance payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Once an order is placed, you must call our customer care to confirm and update us about the advance payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Our customer care executives are available to assist you in placing your order for the best service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • As we work on a pre-booking system, orders are shipped on the day of the order within a 2-hour delivery slot (e.g., 4\u20136 PM for a 5 PM request) due to traffic conditions.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      No Return & No Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds<\/strong> once the order is placed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation is not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Orders can be canceled for free only if done more than 2 days before the scheduled delivery date<\/strong>. The advance payment will be refunded. Ones the refund is approved, we will credit the refund amount with in 1-2 working days.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If an order is canceled within 2 days of the scheduled delivery<\/strong>, the advance payment will not be refunded<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
